Blogger Opportunities: Crowdtap feat. Revlon ColorStay

Hey Heroes!
As a blogger/vlogger I have come to understand the importance of trying and reviewing things based on your niche. This creates credibility and a trust between you guys and I. It's always good to get an unbiased second (or third) opinion from someone about a product you are interested in right? RIGHT!
So, in my year and a half of blogging and youtubing, I have found a couple of brands and companies that give small bloggers, like me, a chance to share cool stuff that I think you guys would like. The newest one I have come across is Crowdtap.
Now I do not remember exactly how I cam across this platform, but I know that since I have, product reviews just haven't been the same. I want to share with you a few cool things about this platform and my first time receiving something from them!

Crowdtap is similar to many platforms that allow everyday consumers to try out things and share their honest opinions about things that fit their lifestyle. Upon signing up they give you a survey about your life ( not deep boo, relax..lol) things like if you have kids, pets, are you married, your age, and your personal interests. Based off those interests they connect you to brands. Here's one cool thing about this platform specifically, you don't have to wait until they send you an email to start taking surveys or to apply for samples of products to review. They are already available! These surveys are called missions, and they vary in type. You can take polls, answer questions, comment on blog posts, take photos and if you're lucky (which most are) even apply to try samples!
Below are the missions that are set in crowdtap for me right now based off my interests and lifestyle!

I really think the crowdtap is a great platform for new bloggers/vloggers to try to create community for their viewers! It gives you guys something to talk about back and forth and your friends get hear how you weigh in on the newest products that they could be interested in as well. One more cool thing about crowdtap, then on to the review. You can win gifts without even getting samples!

Let me explain.
When you begin filling out surveys, there is a ticker.

This counts down for every mission you do, and every mission has different point values. The more missions you do, to the quicker you reach 500 points. Once you reach 500 points, crowdtap gives you gift cards and prizes just for your time! I mean, I thought it was a pretty dope concept!
So if you get tired of scrolling on social media looking at the same 50 people or you're bored randomly, I think that crowdtap is a super productive time killer. You have the chance of scoring samples to share with friends, family and subscribers, and you can win gifts for just being you and sharing what you like and don't like!
So now that we have gotten the foundation out of the way I would love to share with you guys my first "crowdkit" that I received from crowdtap, The Revlon ColorStay Kit!
I'll spare you all of the details because I have a youtube video devoted to this kit also. You can check it out below.
I did have to apply for this sample mission. They gave me a series of questions based off my experience with the Revlon brand and makeup in general. I went through a trial where they asked me to upload some photos and create captions based of the samples I was trying to receive, and from that point it was a waiting game. About 4 days later, I received an email saying I was accepted to try the samples!
Upon receiving the kit, I thought I was going to receive sample (travel sized) portions of the products, I was surprised to receive the full packaging for 5 products from Revlon! I received, the Revlon ColorStay™ 2-in-1 Angled Kajal Eyeliner, Revlon ColorStay™ Crème Eye Shadow, Revlon ColorStay™ Brow Pencil, and Revlon Super Length Mascara!
Here I am after a look and with some of my faves from the kit.

I have to say I was very surprised at the quality of these products and the Revlon brand as a whole. I never really tried out the Revlon brand until this crowdkit and one of the products has now become a staple in my makeup collection! I created an everyday look that is also in the video above!
I look forward to the opportunity to work with crowdtap in the future, and I hope that Revlon was also pleased with my review.
I was not asked to share this info on my blog, I was just really excited to present an opportunity to other bloggers and women to get a chance to try things at no cost to you!
I did research on all the products that I recieved in the kit, and found that I had over $35.00 of product on my hands, for the cost of my opinion.
That's pretty dope!
So if you have the chance and the time, take a moment to check out crowdtap and let me know what you guys think!
Until Next Time Heroes! 🤗
